Attendees are responsible for making their own guest room reservations. They can do so by calling 1-800-HILTONS or 1-800-445-8667 and refer to the group code or by clicking on the link below.

The discounted group rate is $135.00/night + tax.
The Department Convention Call will be mailed to each Post.
All Post Delegates and Alternates must be registered 15 days prior to Convention.
Delegate and Alternate registration deadline is June 17th!
To certify your registration for Convention please fill out the following form and return to Department. There are three ways: You can either download, fill out, and mail the form; download the PDF fillable form, type-fill out and email/mail; or fill out the online webform which will go directly to Department. All methods will receive an email confirmation to the provided emails on the form.
